Given that, we will need to focus on delivering the core part of the session within 30 minutes: 16:30-17:00 Will suggest the following adjustments to rundown for the 30min: - 5 min -- Introduction of topic and JIG recommendations - 20 min -- 5 min each for discussion of the 4 recommendations - 5 min -- take away and next steps So far we already have 2 volunteers from the group: - Minjung Park - Chris Dillon Along with Jian and I on the panel (total 4 people currently). I will go ahead to invite a couple more as mentioned previously for the above time slot. Please let me know if anyone wishes to speak during the session on the panel. For the remainder of the scheduled session (17:00-18:00), I will need to be at the APRALO roundtable on IDN TLDs. I believe Jian may have a conflict as well. Perhaps we will just break at 1700 and reconvene after Beijing over our conference calls. Unless anyone would be willing to help moderate the WG session. If so, we could utilize the session to discuss whether any further edits to the draft should be incorporated, and also touch on the 2 other issues of common interest and see if any work should be done on those. I was not on the call and this discussion never came back to me. There is nothing to do at this point I'm afraid. So could we move 30 min up on Monday? Please let us know the arrangement asap. Thanks for your help! We had the session scheduled for 16:00 originally but were asked by the meetings team to move it to 16:30 in order for them to get the schedule together. The changes might not be reflected on the full schedule yet. Please go ahead to update the title and description first and will work to see how we could best work with the schedule. Is it also not possible to move the session up 30min? Looking at the schedule, that seems to be an open slot?... We will have to figure out how to deal with the slot we have, 16:30-18:15. Please let me know if you want me to update the title and description, that should still be possible. In that case, suggest going back to the suggestion during our call yesterday, to split up the session: 1. Public session (on Universal Acceptance of IDN TLDs): Monday 16:00-17:00 (moved up 30min from original slot) 2. WG session (also open): Wednesday before the 2 council meetings 14:00-15:00 Edmon -----Original Message----- From: Glen de Saint Géry [mailto:Glen@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 27, 2013 1:16 AM To: Bart Boswinkel; Edmon Chung; Julia Charvolen Cc: 'Jian Zhang'; gnso-secs@xxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: JIG Public session in Beijing Dear Edmon, Yes, it will overlap with the GNSO Council session and the Council leadership has requested that there be no overlapping sessions.
