Dear all,

This illustrates the point made by Klaus that ICANN is too
inward-oriented... And that ICANN linguo does not promote understanding and
outreach. If someone of the experience and intellect of Caroline cannot
figure it out immediately, there is problem with the document... That said
those involved with ICANN need a good year to familiarize themselves....

The analysis of Eduardo is correct in my view.... And if it can be done,
then NPOC should aggregate its members' views....
