Dear Alain,
Even if IICD had a limited input in 2012 (asking questions & making comments
from my side) and some informal support from my colleague Andrei Barburas, I
think IICD will be more active in 2013, tasks and activities becoming more
concrete, such as rolling out the strategy for Africa for Africa. It will make
sense for NPOC to make us of IICD (and others) networks. I will be very pleased
to be able to join this event as it will give us the opportunity to meet some
of you and contribute in a concrete way to NPOC activities in the future. Kind
regards. Caroline
