Dear Olévié,
Would really appreciate your views and continued implication. I want to
finalyze the overall NPOC outreach plan 2013-14 before November 30, so we
can do a little formatting and start a few targeted fundraising activities
before X'Mas. I welcome your specific plans for Francophone Africa in
particular but your overall views on Africa outreach are also most welcome.
I will start final editing on Dec 3rd.
Cheers, Alain
