Liz:

There are Congressional hearings in the US related to ICANN scheduled
for the 20th and likely the 21st.  A number of folks will be involved
with such activities.  

Perhaps we should proceed with Wednesday's meeting, as that meeting has
been on our calendars for quite some time.  We could have a substitute
chair for the meeting.  I believe that is what we were planning to do in
Morocco when Maureen didn't think that she would be able to make it
there.

I don't want to be insensitive to Maureen's family issue, but I fear at
this late date that we will lose too much time by postponing and trying
to find another date that works.

Colleagues

There has been some discussion about the next conference call to  
progress the work of the group.  The Chair has advised us that, for  
personal family reasons, she is unavailable.

Given the short notice of the change, I propose that we schedule the  
next call for Wednesday 20 Sept at the same time.

Could you please notify the GNSO Secretariat, off the list, of your  
availability for the call next week?  We need to ensure that there is  
quorum for the meeting.

I have attached a draft agenda which will be confirmed at the  
beginning of the meeting.  I will distribute a draft of the Expert  
Materials and a proposed work plan for the group by the end of the week.
