If Task Force members would like to proceed with Wednesday's call, staff can facilitate this and I will help as needed. Glen will follow-up with a quick poll to determine preferences/availability for Wednesday and/or for a couple of conference call options in the near future. Staff proposed re-scheduling Wednesday's call to enable Task Force members time to review the draft expert materials and revised time line, which will be distributed later this week. Without these documents, the proposed agenda would be limited to: 1. Confirmation of the agenda 2. Appoint temporary chair, if necessary 3. Acceptance of minutes of previous meetings (if quorum) 4. Updated Statements of Interest 5. Review and discuss status of agreement on Terms of Reference 6. Any other business It seemed practical to instead hold a call next week and address the full agenda, but it is, of course, up to all of you. Glen will follow-up to determine TF members' preference.
