Hi Marilyn

You are correct -- the chart is not there yet and will be by the time the updated draft TF report goes out next week.

I wanted people to see where the votes stood on each TOR -- and I have to map that more closely to each policy recommendation that was discussed.

On that point, a number of people proposed refined/improved/friendly amendment text which was discussed but, on the MP3, is not legible. Anyone who had improvements, please send to I can improve the text that goes with the chart.

To answer your specific question on "vacant" spots -- if you voted as a BC rep then no vote is recorded as an individual. If you voted as a individual in the bottom section then no vote will have been recorded as a constituency.

It seems to me more meaningful to take the doc that Avri/Maureen developed
that was rec only and put the votes per item under that. This can be an
appendix. It can't stand alone and the other approach allows you to draw
from this but make ir relevant to readersk, who don't recognize 1ba; 2b,
4a#, etc.

I can't follow the chart, unfortunately

First, I voted on all items, so the vacant issues are not clear to me/???
Secondly, you have shown almost no spport to the Gropu A recommendations. I
am not sure that is the case....

I think the chart developed by staff is not quite 'there yet'.

Colleagues

Please find attached the vote tally from the November 17 conference
call -- I said I would produce this top level document which will be
included in the draft Task Force report.

Please check the chart carefully -- the discussion was very
convoluted and, at some points, difficult to follow.

Please also look out for the draft agenda for the working session on
Sao Paulo which I will send shortly. In the meantime, please carve
out Monday 4 December between 8am and 10am for another TF working
session.

Finally, I will be releasing an updated version of the draft Task
Force Report on Monday 27 November. Please look at the draft which
is already posted and make any suggestions you have about how you'd
like that document to proceed. You already have it in word format
from my previous message and it is in PDF format here http://
gnso.icann.org/drafts/GNSO-PDP-Feb06-TFR-07nov06.pdf

Kind regards.
