Avri,

Per discussion with you yesterday, I think I was on the task force, however
was not active on the calls, due to the issues I mentioned occurred in my
country.  While it was not easy to do the fast track, I have had a change to
catch up with the issues, especially while here.

Please note that I am interested further in participating, including if you
need assistant on the areas you mentioned below.  As such, if you would
allow me, as Chair of the task force to vote, I would be voting the same as
you on all areas with abstention on 5a.1.
