GoDaddy's Selfish Policy

I am writing in support of the proposal "*A registrant change to Whois
information is not a valid basis for denying a transfer request"

*Like many people, I have had transfers denied by GoDaddy for this reason.
I was finally able to transfer the domains after writing to "
president@xxxxxxxxxxx" - but why should people have to do that?  Many people
don't bother.

Please add and enforce this regulation.
