Hello,
I am very concerned about these newly revised contracts and ask that they not
be approved. They do not fix the ultimate problem, which is differential
pricing.
Any option given to these registries to allow any differential pricing goes
against the very basis of the web. These non-sponsored Gtld have been kept
with standard pricing for all of their years, and current registrants of .org,
.info and .biz domains have developed them under the understanding that their
registration fees would remain at the same reasonable price level. There is
almost no doubt that these registries would use these rushed to approval
contracts to increase prices for developed sites to the peril of those
registrants.
Please do not accept these revised contracts. They are not fair to domain
registrants in these Gtld extensions, and price controls should remain in
place.
Thank you,
Andrew Miller
