Hello,
we are in full support of an RFP that proposes an agreement without
presumptive renewal. If you look back at the .net rebidding process,
you will notice that the bidders would have been ready to sign the
proposed agreement as-is. VGRS, for some reason, managed, among other
things, to negotiate a price-increase into the agreement. Amazing,
isn't it? Now what do you think the other bidders, who prepared an
honest budget, think about that? And what does this tell you about
VGRS?
