Hello,
in a scenario where the ex-monopolists still controls 85% of the
market, who would you say has control? The monopolists or its
resellers?
ICANN was set up to foster competition. There was some success, but
also major backstrokes (.net reassignement..). If ICANN signs this
deal it only demonstrates that VGRS has control, not ICANN, and it
will lose community support.
