ICANN's role is to foster competition. Presumptive renewal kills
competition. The comment in the revision summary reads "Nothing
prevents competition agencies such as the US Dept of Justice to review
price increases at any time". Why do we want the DoJ to interfere?
Shouldn't that be the role of ICANN?
