Philip, if we do it your way the Board is free to outsource the decision in a
way that allows the Board to hide behind the DRSP.
That is what we are concerned about. I'd urge you to engage with that argument
seriously and stop concocting stretched rationales for terminology. This
difference is not about terminology; it's about who is accountable for a
decision to censor a TLD.
