Dear WG Team,

Please review the attached draft letter requesting providers indicate  
their interest in supporting disadvantaged applicants.
Please suggest any edits.

Since we are only 17 days out from the ICANN meeting in Brussels, it  
would be great to finalize this letter and send it out through all  
channels as soon as possible.
