Hi Richard,

 

I said our unique reference is the Board resolution 20 that spoke about the
recovery of application and on-going costs. So, I think that we don’t have
to consider other costs than those included in the resolution.

Hi Tijani,

 

Are you saying the Board specifically intended to exclude the development
and risk cost components?

 

Or are you making a more semantic argument that their exact words don't
encompass those categories?
