Indeed, our Wiki isn't great for footnotes - and Avri told me (thanks!) that 
end notes is the way to go. Did it like that, so now the notes are on the Wiki, 
at least.

Thanks for that! It's on the Wiki now, as well as a draft intro and Andrews WT2 
piece, see https://st.icann.org/so-ac-new-gtld-wg/index.cgi?june_announcement . 
However, the Wiki doesn't do well with footnotes (or maybe it does, but I don't 
know how...) so that we'll have to handle manually.

Attached is a document with the first version of the WT1 snapshot.  Working 
Group, please submit any edits/additions/suggestions so we have a mostly 
complete document in time for our call Tuesday, and posting on Wednesday.

Olof, would you please upload this to the WIKI?
