Please find hereafter my comments: 

 

*       ”Key to making a support …” (line 171) is not a bullet point. It’s
simply the beginning of the paragraph.
*       “The main criteria…” (line 174) should be at the beginning of the
line (need a return after “….controversial to support”)
*       The need is single, so it’s a criterion and not a criteria: Replace
“the main criteria” by “the main criterion”, and “…the need criteria is met”
by “the need criterion is met”  
*       We will also need a return after “…is met” (line 175)
*       When we say: based of these criteria (line 175-176), which criteria
we mean? We only mentioned the need as criterion and a consideration of
finding a limited identifiable and not controversial set of applicants,
which is not in my understanding a criterion.
*       (Line 176) “…the WG recommends to give support to the following
groups (with no preference order)”
*       “Community based applications…” (line 177) is a bullet point (not
numbers or a,b,c,…)

Please note the following updates were done on the Wiki

upport_working_group) and will be available on Adobe:

 

1.      Uploaded the most recent Draft Final Report, which is version 2.7,
last update done based on August 24 Conference call. You will find two
documents,  one redlined and another clean version to be easier to read.
They are both attached on this e-mail (word and pdf) for your convenience. 

NOTE: We stopped on line 186 (see green highlight) 

If I missed or misinterpreted any update, please let me know!
