His point being that 10 is arbitrary. It would be useful if he made a 
case for 9 or 11, or 0 or 100. Absent that, his critique amounts to a 
critique of anyone's ability to articulate an amount more useful that 
the absence of an amount.
I suggest ignoring the "comment".
