Hello Avri,

Here are my 5 cents. The schedule posted does not reflect official launch 
dates, but a working plan. Assuming final guidebook is approved and all goes 
well, the plan is to have application period start sometime in Q2. We are 
discussing to have the application period as long as 90 days, but this is not 
final yet. In any case, keep this in mind.
Also...I think you mean 2011 ;-)

Hi,

This is the current draft of the motion.

Rafik will submit it in time for the GNSO deadline.

If anyone has comments or corrections please submit them to the list, so that 
Rafik can edit the text before submission.  As I mentioned before the text of 
the motion can be changed a lot after it is submitted.

Rafik will also need a second in the council.
