Hello Tijani,

In my opinion it is a concern that must be taken into account but also a
working group in which we must very carefully before giving any notice. It
is true that we are bound by a timetable of work but the problem arises at
the level of feedback locally-speaking. I think we should rethink the
strategy of communication at the local level because, for us ALs, we must
engage and involve opening of several more local actirs. It is at this level
that hurts the bottom.
