according to the proposals that I could gather, it is recommended that:
-Translation of documents in French to enable an understanding of the issue
by the French speakers;
-To the extent possible,to involve International Organization of
Francophonie  in the different dynamics so that these documents are
available on a regular basis allowing differents actors locally to
contribute;
-to provide ALs financial means to arrange refunds and media campaigns at
the local level.
