Avri,
My suggestion is we find out if one or both of Jean-Jacques Subrenat
and Vint Cerf are available, and if so ask one or both if either is
willing to present a JAS message, formally or informally, to the
Intersessional.
If not, then an available JAS contributor is an obvious good choice.
