I know I am only an observer, but can I ask that you wait until after the gnso 
meeting just 2 days from now. I have a feeling we will approve it being 
published for comment and it would certainly ease some of the heartburn some in 
the gnso are having.

So as a favor, may I request holding off for just 2 days.

that org. But interim reports are regularly out for comments of various sorts.
