well, i thought it was C, setting up instances in at least in two of the five,
though i didn't spell out "not in north america or europe" or the corporate
form as non-profit.

you know i actually don't know where that is or who has the keys to the city.
that is one of the bits of wiki culture (or clutter) i've not groked, so i
put it proximal to the subgroups.
