This might be better for a face to face discussion at some point, these were 
ideas and I guess the scope of the wg can always be broadened. Not at all, I 
did not refer to any of your language. The applicant guidebook language i was 
referring to was in respect of possible first time readers of tge guidebook but 
anyways the ideas will be more understandable once the applications are 
submitted, results out later this year and problems, issues, concerns raised by 
the community.
