If I am wrong, then i am wrong.  But this new use of the JAS working group 
proposed by Karla to have an active role with the SARP is something that should 
be discussed with the GNSO community prior to implementation.  Doing things 
openly on a mailing list is not the same as making it well known to the 
community and putting it out for comment,  It is essential to bring this up 
with the Council and the Stakeholder Groups to ensure they are being kept up to 
date on what is going on.  If they are still good with this, then great.
