[ssac-gnso-irdwg] Making outreach slides (or link) available beyond webinar

All hello,

During today's call I asked if it was appropriate to publish the outreach
presentation available to mailing lists, especially lists of individuals who
are unlikely to attend webinars.

Specifically, I propose pushing an email to lists that calls attention to
the IRD WG activity, references the report, encourages public comment, and
offers a link to supplemental material (used in webinars).

Is everyone comfortable with this?
