First I support the Olga, Avri and Adam comments as they highlighted
the main points about the unfairness of changing current travel
support procedure :

changing it means prevent many volunteers from developing countries or
CS who are appointed to defend Internet users interests, to attend
meetings and doing their tasks correctly. t
Moreover such policy is definitely against values and principles of
ICANN like Transparency and multistakeholderism.
