Support for Motion 2

Dear ICANN:

 

I have personally used the Whois system in my representation of clients
and believe that it is an important tool in protecting the rights of
intellectual property holders. Accordingly, I would urge that the GNSO
Council adopt Motion 2 and reject Motions 1 and 3.
