public record I Strongly suggest that the tld .xxx not be allowed to
pass.<div><br></div><div>There is no support from the Adult Industry, The
charges proposed are damaging to the small operator (Much more than the .tv
tld) </div><div>the supposed overseeing org. is nothing more than a sham
not for profit to further hide money in Mr Lawleys
pocket.</div><div><br></div><div>The TLD .xxx will NOT protect the children of
the world but make it much more eaiser for said children to find Adult
Content.</div><div><br></div><div>The "Marketing" that ICM proposes will
not pass muster in any advertisment campaign.</div><div><br></div><div>So far
everything that has been presented is smoke and mirrors to pull the wool over
the eyes of the governing board, and is if approved a way for
ICM </div><div>to rip off the small (And Large) company with your
permission. It has been stated in a few forums by mr Lawley in many posts
that suggest that he plans on holding hostage the adult industry. It has
also been requested that ICM produce a list of the domains that and I quote
"Support" .xxx, but the requests were never addressed by ICM. How do we
know that domains of unsuspecting owners were used just to pad the support
column. I for one own 46 domains and do not support this, but if my
domains are on that list then its false. Also listed are sites that pre
registered after the threat from Mr Lawley that others will register the
domains of well established sites, this is also a abuse of power on ICM's
part, where site owners are only interested in protecting what they have worked
hard for from impacting their bottom line. </div><div><br></div><div>.xxx
will put the ICANN in the worst light that would allow a violation of many
persons rights and allow ICM a license to steal from the
public.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>I close with what I
opened with. Throw out .xxx as it is not a good choice for anyone (Except
