Dear ICANN,
Please approve the Registry Agreement for the dot-xxx top-level domain in the
form posted on your website.
However, any registry agreement and/or registrar agreement should specifically
include a provision providing that domain registrants are third party
beneficiaries under the agreement. Since ICAAN repeatedly reminds domain
registrants that it not an enforcement agency for individual registrants it
should allow registrants to enforce the agreement through this party
beneficiary status.
