Hello. I am an adult website operator and am against the .xxx tld.

If you implement .XXX for adult domains, all you will be doing is forcing
adult webmasters to host outside the USA, but the content will still be very
visible IN the USA.

I do agree children should not be exposed to adult websites and can state
virtually all responsible adult webmasters do what can be done to ensure
children are not allowed into the website. That being said, teenagers are
very computer savvy and can get by any current filter their parents place on
a computer system.

Bypassing the rules and regulations of .xxx would be a simple matter of
using someone else's address who is outside the USA and hosting outside the
USA.

I can go to any major search engine and see sexually-explicit images. Will
you require all search engines to go to .xxx domains?

Where is the parental responsibility in our country? Why must you
continually make new laws and new regulations because parents aren't doing
what they should be doing?

The .xxx TLD is a band-aid and nothing more, it won't fix things, it won't
solve anything other than making a lot of money for a registrar.

Many adult websites have branded names, and to force them to lose this is
simply not fair. While you may be against pornographic websites, it's a
multi-billion dollar industry that pays its share of taxes.

I believe mandatory labeling of every adult webpage would be acceptable with
software that can filter available, at no cost, to every parent who gives a
damn about what their children do.
