As a de facto owner of a running internet SHOP, is it RESONABLE to have myname.SHOP
? Everybody know .COM in english is meaningless but no one will doubt what .SHOP
means. We only object those gTLD that allow people to profit by confusing. Think
about Yahoo.web, Yahoo.shop, Yahoo.japan, Amazon.Yahoo! As a .COM owner and in order
to protect our rights I prepared to sue the .SHOP, maybe the .WEB owner in common
law. I won't bother them if they only register myname.sucks, myname.road, myname.tourism
or whatever!
By the way do U own any .web, .shop or other new gTLD?
