The harm that will come from adding a .XXX or .sex it that pornogrphy sites will no longer be able to trick us into coming to their sites.  There will no longer be a need for censoring software because it will be obvious where we don't want our children to go. That means that there will be no chance of someone mistakenly or otherwise censoring a political site.
