Content Protection Domains |

I think it is too late to move all adult content to a .sex domain. You could,
however, create a .kid domain and require all registrants to that domain agree to
a public set of content guidlines. A process could be created where violations
could be challanged by anyone. If found in violation, they would be required
to move to a different domain classification and pay all costs associated with the
challange. If, however, they are found to not be in violation of the guidelines,
the challanger would be required to pay associated costs. This would protect
the domain by allowing the millions who surf the domain to enforce the policy guidelines
while at the same time prevent malicious use of the system to force a registrant
into bankrupcy.
