.TV is a country code domain which is out already so I don't understand why it is
being posted at all. I agree that .TV is a worthy ccTld and will do well the problem
as I see it, since when does a register of a TLD have the right in essence
to control both the primary and secondary market. What should be a minor registration
fee has become costly with no where to go but up. I do not want to hear those who
complain about speculating as it has been around since man first traded. I do not
want to see anyone ever lose there domain name "solely" by virtue of the ambiguous
clause "badfaith" in the UDRP, because they considered selling there domain in a
free market, and if so one should look at .TV and their current practice. Hypocrtical!! Am
I right?
