Create chartered and registered gTLD's. Start with a
few as proof of concept, like .airline, or .bank or .banc (the .reg isn't stated
but is there, only TM holders get in). I don't think it would take the great unwashed
too long to learn that these new domains are for TM holders. However, if a company
wants one or more of these, they have to also be listed on a country code, preferably
in a .reg.country if it exists. The .reg.countries are also chartered and registered
to only TM holders and only from that country. If a country doesn't have a .reg sTLD
their companies can't join the global registry. Sounds kinda wonky, but unless we
have some version of this we'll have continuing .comfusion.
