Thanks for telling. I was just about to flame previous poster blaming my provider for server side errors :-) Maybe it would look better if you put up a page telling that the service was temporarily unavailable during the upgrades? There will be more people like me who "take a look" and get the wrong idea. I wish you ample reward for your input in the domain industry (and this is for once not my usual sarcasm). I do fear, however, I think I mentioned it elsewhere, that ICANN will walk around .web. It is easier than deal with the matter of the legal state of your preregistrations.
