Subject: No ownership of new TLD's - only licenses

Message:

ICANN can set up some rules for the new TLD's.
You can not own the new domain.
You only get a user license.
You can't change your DNS/IP address for one year.
So you can not sell the new domain.
No immediate ownership change is possible.
If you don't use your domain it goes back in the pool.
   No speculation, no auction.
   More free "good" names.
   Poor .web speculators!!
