Jeff I agree with you on the decision part.I found the California decision to be flawed. California is not the world, although many would think that lol. There is also the appeals process. As I have always understood Trademarks,Servicemarks are about "usage" so even if using a hypothetical example a company named abest domains created the .xyz registry and was given a trademark/Servicemark on it, if they fail the "usage" test they would lose it anyway correct? From what I have reviewed it seems Core's ONLY claim to .WEB was just that. Where IOD on the other hand has Usage. I for one think that makes all the difference in the world. Comments,Thoughts?
