Hell is coming to domain world |

Friends: Unless you restrict domain names registration
the same way you do with edu endings the propoused plan to introduce new tlds wil
get us to hell. Many mistakes have been commited by ICANN policies since the very
beggining: 1. .com .net .orgs that can be registered by anybody has given place
to a huge misunderstanding, confussion and greed in the domain land. 2.
The most stupid decision was the introduction o the hyphen, giving anybody the chance
to register legitimate domains in a multitude of unfair variations. I can register
m-icrosoft.com! Unbeliavable. 3. You must coordinate a world wide action towards
unificacion of world trademarks and world domain names to avoid disputes. It's
dangerous for the domain comunity that you name a very limited number of providers
to solve disputes at a high cost. These disputes will begin to flow like ocean waves.
Good for the providers, bad for your reputation which is already questioned by many
people, and very bad for domain world. Please intent to rule a global registration
of trademarks and domains in a single act. 3. You must coordinate a world wide

name per person or institution, ruled in the same way as with edu TLDs.
b. Best of all: no more TLDs of any kind. Just Trademarks and names.
