I agree, but what do we do for the registrants that have already had their domain name stolen by these bogus reversals of existing law. I think that if this continues to happen there will be a class action suit that will choke ICANN to death. I would like to see these registrants get their domains back from these "trademark squatters" and thieves. ICANN no more trademark disputes, get out of the trademark business now! Thank you
