I think itīs important and worthwhile to let young people take part in the processes concerning there future, like the issues ICANN presides over. But also itīs necessary that the positions of the directors are filled with people who can take responsibility - and can be maked responsible  for their actions. In the most law-systems this isnīt possible if you are under 16. And even if age is no sure prove of the ability to make decisions, it works at least in the majority of cases.    With regards        Carsten Loscher
