".name" infringes on our prior use trademark |
Message: |

We would like to note that the ".name" infringes on our
trademark prior use pending trademark application. We have no problem with their
other domain suffixes. The WIPO is being used to solve disputes, and we assume
ICANN recognizes world intellectual property rights. If the ".name" is grant to this
company we will take legal action to protect our interest. ICANN officials, plese
contact David at david @emc2.com for further details of our intellectual property
rights.
