The problem, however, is that all of the criticisms made against us ing the staff report were based on errors or misunderstandings on ICANN's part. In short, they are incorrect. My rebuttal shows where they are all incorrect, and even points out how ICANN criticized IOD on points that were praised in other applications. This makes no logical sense, at least to me.
