>Thank you, Eric for agreeing with me that IANA never gave IOD any
>permission.Again...
In
a previous post you claimed that your statement
("IANA never gave IOD any permission")
is
demonstrated in the document:
http://www.icann.org/tlds/info1/iod-v-iana.pdf
However,
this long document does NOT demonstrate your statement.
On the contrary, when
you report such links,
you only confirm and show that IOD was in the process of
creating
new TLDs since the beginning, long before ICANN was even created.
Of
course Afilias was not even an idea at that time.
Anyway: do you really think that
if Afilias runs .web,
you will be able to register portal.web etc. ??!
There
will be several people that will DEVOUR such domains
during the Sunrise Period.
You claim you have trademark rights,
but I am sure that someone else (before you)
will claim the
same rights and will get such domains.
I am ready to bet.
Finally:
are you posting all your surly messages against IOD
just because you want to register
portal.web etc.?
(They have been registered at IOD, so you hope to find them
available
with Afilias...)
This is strange: usually IOD supporters are accused to care
only
about their own interest, but you show you are doing the same...
