I object to the use of inflammatory language in the ICANN staff reports -- this company's report as an example -- the use of "substantial" - in " the company withdrew a substantial portion of it's proposal"  -- how am I supposed to interpret that?  Have the prior messages from marshm covered all the material that was removed?

In order to make an informed judgement, we need to know.  This is a new company to me, I had to look it up -- financially it is solid with a proven track record in providing return for its investors - so it's not like they will be affected by a tight capital market.
