[wildcard-comments] Versign goes TOO far

Verisign should be forced to pay a registration fee of $10 to ICANN for 
every domain name that they have hijacked ... which means every mistyped or 
non-existent domain name that has landed on the ICANN server ... after all 
they have in essence laid claim to ALL of those domain names and set up a 
web site at that address, and an email recipient, etc.

That should bankrupt them in a hurry.
