I was personally offended when I first read about Verisign's abuse of their
position and the modification of DNS records. However, until today it was
an ethical issue as I do not have a complete understanding of Verisign's
legal responsibility. I am now reaping the rotten fruits of Verisign's
arrogance while attempting to trouble-shoot why an externally hosted
website is unreachable.

ICANN should not only stop Verisign from abusing its position, but consider
how to prevent abuse in the future. I am anxious to see the results of the
October 7th meeting. I trust ICANN will do everything possible to rectify
this situation.
